The Diploma of Management has given me the necessary tools to progress from a leading hand to a Section Coordinator within Bradken.
It has honed my understanding of process controls and management hierarchy which has made me an invaluable part of the middle management team.
Dealing with everyday problems in a heavy manufacturing environment the diploma has prepared me by giving me the basic understanding of risk assessment and job safety control systems.
With the knowledge I have acquired from the diploma I have no doubt that I will progress within Bradken to senior management.
